Our Showroom Sales Specialists are best able to serve your needs with as much information as possible, including:

What is the typical lead time for a product?


• Stock items can be available immediately or up to 48 hours.
• Quick Ship items are available from 1-4 weeks.
• Made to order/special order items are available from 4-8 weeks.


Do you Deliver?


Yes, we offer delivery anywhere within a 90-mile radius of our showroom and beyond at a reasonable cost. Smaller items can be shipped in some cases. Please discuss pick up and delivery options with your Waterhouse Showroom Sales Specialist.

Do you offer installation services?

Waterhouse bath & kitchen studio distributes products. We leave the installation to trade professionals. We have an extensive network of trade partners are happy to provide recommendations when requested.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is always 100% satisfaction.
We understand that things happen and we’re good at going with the flow.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll find a solution for you.


Returns

You can return most items purchased through our showroom within 30 days of your product pick up or delivery date for an exchange or refund. All items must be complete, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
All returned materials are subject to inspection before approval.
What is NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund?


• Installed products
• Discontinued products
• Clearance products or any products sold “As Is”
• Freight charges on your original order

If purchase was made using a credit card, stock items may be returned for a full immediate refund in the Waterhouse showroom.


If purchase was made using cash, check, or another form of payment, stock items may be returned to our showroom, and we will refund the purchase price within 5-7 business days via bank check.


If purchase was made using a Waterhouse gift certificate, stock items may be returned to our showroom, and we will issue a new gift certificate/showroom credit immediately.


Special-Order Items

Special order items and/or non-stock goods may be returned if the manufacturer is willing to accept the return. Our vendors charge a 30% restocking fee that will be subtracted from any refund issued to you.
If purchase was made using a credit card, special-order items may be returned for an immediate refund – minus the vendor’s 30% restocking fee* – in the Waterhouse showroom.
If purchase was made using cash, check, or another form of payment, special-order items may be returned to our showroom, and we will refund the purchase price – minus the vendor’s 30% restocking fee* – within 5-7 business days via bank check.
If purchase was made using a Waterhouse gift certificate, special-order items may be returned to our showroom, and we will issue a new gift certificate/showroom – minus the vendor’s 30% restocking fee -- immediately.


*PLEASE NOTE: Some special-order items may incur additional restocking and/or freight fees. Please discuss the options with your Sales Specialist.
