Visiting our showroom is the best way to shop. You'll be able to see finishes in person, compare options, and work one-on-one with a Showroom Specialist to make confident selections.

Products & Orders

Yes. We carry a wide range of water-efficient and responsibly made products designed to reduce environmental impact without compromising performance or design.
Lead times vary depending on the product and manufacturer:
  • In-stock items: Same day to 48 hours
  • Quick ship items: Typically 1–4 weeks
  • Made-to-order products: Approximately 4–8+ weeks

We regularly evaluate our pricing to remain competitive while offering exceptional value through our product selection, expertise, and service.
All products include full manufacturer warranties. If an issue arises, our team will assist in coordinating with the manufacturer to help resolve it.

Delivery & Installation

Yes. We offer delivery within approximately a 90-mile radius of our Perrysburg showroom, with additional options available beyond that area. Smaller items can also be shipped when appropriate.
We do not provide installation services. However, we're happy to recommend trusted local professionals from our network.

Returns & Policies

Most stock items may be returned within 30 days of pickup or delivery, provided they are:
  • Unused, uninstalled, and undamaged
  • In original packaging with all components
  • In resellable condition

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

  • Installed products
  • Discontinued or clearance items
  • Products sold "as is"
  • Freight charges from the original order
Special-order and non-stock items may only be returned if the manufacturer accepts the return. These returns are typically subject to a 30% restocking fee, and additional fees may apply.
  • Credit card purchases: Refunded to the original card (stock items may be immediate in showroom)
  • Cash or check purchases: Refunded via check within 5–7 business days
  • Gift certificate purchases: Refunded as store credit or a new certificate
