A Legacy Rooted in Maumee Supply
Our story begins even earlier with Maumee Supply, the wholesale distributor side of the business, which was founded in 1953 as a third-generation family-owned company serving plumbing, heating, cooling, and industrial professionals throughout the region. With decades of industry expertise and a strong reputation built on service and trust, Maumee Supply laid the foundation for what would eventually become Waterhouse bath & kitchen studio.
The Beginning of The Kohler Bath House in Perrysburg
In 1976, Maumee Supply opened The Kohler Bath House in the heart of downtown Perrysburg — the first decorative plumbing fixture showroom of its kind in the area. For more than 30 years, the showroom became a trusted destination for homeowners and trade professionals looking for the latest bath and kitchen fixtures, innovative products, and expert guidance.
Transforming into Waterhouse bath & kitchen studio
As the industry evolved, so did the showroom. In 2006, an extensive renovation and expansion transformed the space into what is now known as Waterhouse bath & kitchen studio. The newly redesigned showroom introduced interactive live displays, expanded product offerings, and a fresh vision focused on inspiration, design, and customer experience.

Today, Waterhouse bath & kitchen studio is an 8,000-square-foot destination showroom featuring more than 76 premium brands including Kohler, Delta, Moen, Gessi, Watermark, Graff, and many more. From luxury plumbing fixtures and hardware to innovative steam, shower, and kitchen solutions, the showroom continues to serve as a trusted resource for projects of all sizes.

One of the things that continues to set Waterhouse apart is the ability for customers to experience products firsthand through working displays. Visitors can see faucets flow, experience shower systems, explore steam functionality, and interact with products in a way that simply cannot be replicated online.
