OUR STORY
In 1976 Maumee Supply opened The Kohler Bath House; the first plumbing fixture showroom of its kind in the region. Located in the heart of downtown Perrysburg, The Kohler Bath House served as a valuable resource to contractors and consumers for over thirty years. Displaying the latest products and style trends our showroom has long been considered the premier source for selecting fixtures for your bath and kitchen. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff receives continuous training to provide our customers exceptional service.

Over the years in an effort to keep up with style and trends the showroom went through many changes to better serve our customers, though nothing was more exciting and extensive than our recent remodel. In May 2006 we began an expansion and renovation that would forever change our showroom. A year later our showroom is bigger and better than ever. We have a new look and name; Waterhouse bath & kitchen studio. Among the many new features, our showroom now offers the largest selection of working product in the tri state area. This allows our customers to see how a certain shower head, lavatory faucet, kitchen faucet, or whirlpool will perform in their home. In striving to better meet the needs of our customers we are open six days a week and have evening hours until seven on Thursdays, as well as Saturday hours from 10-2. Our sales staff is also willing to come in during closed business hours to meet with clients at their convenience.

Waterhouse bath & kitchen studio’s mission is to be the premier provider of superior bath and kitchen fixtures. Our endeavor is to offer a destination unlike any other that provides cutting edge style, innovative design, and unmatched expertise. We strive to accommodate varied tastes and needs. In doing so, we hope to enhance our customer’s homes and ultimately their lives.

Julie Williams

Maumee Supply and its showroom, Waterhouse bath & kitchen studio, have been owned by the Williams family since opening their doors in 1953. Julie is the third generation of that very family, beginning her long-standing role in 2003, working during breaks and summers while studying at Ohio University.  She graduated in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in business and has been a leading Showroom Specialist ever since. Julie’s knowledge of the industry, the vendors and the products we offer is unmatched.  Her confident manner with clients immediately puts them at ease, allowing them to ask questions and make informed choices, leading to amazing spaces they can be proud of.

A long-time gymnast and a lifetime fitness buff, it’s hard to slow Julie down.  Multi-tasking is her superpower, and her passion is a great love for all living things – but mostly for dogs, specifically, her own rescue mix, Sully. When she isn't fielding questions from every direction in the Waterhouse showroom, she can be found volunteering on the weekends at a Rescue Dog hospice

Maren Tregillis

Maren Tregillis has been an integral member of the Waterhouse Showroom Team since 2021.  An Interior Design graduate from Kent State, Maren is a 20-year veteran in the tile and flooring industry.   She came to us with glowing recommendations from contractors, builders and both residential and commercial customers and she has never disappointed!  Her attention to the tiniest detail impresses us daily and she has the innate ability to make her customers feel instantly at ease.

When she’s not in the Waterhouse showroom teaching her customers everything there is to know about designing the perfect shower system, Maren enjoys whipping up delightful meals in the kitchen, experimenting with watercolors, listening to every genre of music under the sun (with 80s throwbacks being a favorite!) and keeping fit and active.

Amy Siders

A graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, Amy brings 25+ years of retail management, sales and visual merchandising and design experience to her  role as Showroom Manager. Previous high-level roles with Macy’s, Dillard’s and Value City Furniture have prepared her to lead our Showroom Specialist team in offering our clients the utmost in professionalism, productivity and creativity, helping them create functional and beautiful spaces that will stand the test of time. Amy is an expert communicator--which really means that she simply loves to talk to everyone about everything—and will ensure that the flow of information between the sales staff, warehouse and delivery teams and each Waterhouse client is seamless.

In her downtime, you can find Amy trying out new restaurants, catching as many loud, live music events as she can, creating glittery art with her 10-year-old, Hannah, and pretending to understand the YouTube clips and video games that her 14-year-old, Jack, shares with her.
