FINISHES 101: BRUSHED NICKEL | SATIN NICKEL

The warm tones of Brushed Nickel and Satin Nickel have made them a favorite budget-conscious option for virtually any style and for mixing with other metals. Their soft metallic finish is long-lasting, easy to keep clean, and doesn't show scratches or water spots. They have a very similar look; the biggest difference is the tiny brush strokes found on Brushed Nickel. With their very blendable finishes, Brushed and Satin Nickel don't demand attention; instead they are an ideal complement for other "statement pieces" you want to use in your kitchen or bath.

Note: Some fixture lines refer to their brushed finish as "stainless" when used in the kitchen.
